Landlords & Tenants

The Association requires all landlords to provide the following information to the Association within ten (10) days of lease execution:

  • A fully executed copy of the current lease (i.e., signed by all parties)
  • A copy of your Montgomery County rental license 
  • A fully executed copy of the Governing Documents Acknowledgment Form
  • A completed copy of the Landlord Tenant Contact Information Form


Please note that failure to submit rental property paperwork will be considered a violation of the Rules and Regulations and will be subject to a fine of $100 per 30-day period that the violation persists. 


Short-term Rentals. The Association’s Covenants prohibit an Owner from renting their home for a period of less than 6 months. This means that the minimum lease term for a home in Montclair Manor is 6 months. The Covenants also prohibit the rental of an individual room. If you rent your property, you must rent the entire house under one lease.
